The efforts of the General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque were observed through the early implementation of the operational plan, by preparing the prayer areas inside Mosque Its squares, the organization of corridors, and the distribution of field teams at guidance points contributed to accommodating the gradually increasing human flows and reducing crowding at the entrances.

Guiding the worshippers

The crowd management mechanisms were activated with high efficiency by directing worshippers to less crowded areas and utilizing the full capacity of the mosque and its courtyards, in addition to organizing entry and exit routes. This resulted in a balanced distribution of crowds and ease of access for worshippers to their places.
Mohammed bin Ali Faqihi, Director General of Crowd Services at the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques in the Prophet's Mosque, explained that the Presidency is working in coordination and integration to enhance cooperation among the various entities involved in serving visitors to the Prophet's Mosque, and is working in complete harmony to intensify organizational and service efforts.

Guidance points were strengthened, and field teams were intensified, with a high level of readiness to deal with various cases, in support of the smooth and efficient implementation of operational plans, in addition to support services to enhance the comfort of worshippers, through the provision of drinking water, the continuation of disinfection work, care for carpets, and facilitating the movement of vehicles for the elderly and people with disabilities.

These efforts reflect an integrated operational system managed according to high standards of efficiency and coordination, which contributes to enabling the masses of worshippers to perform the Taraweeh prayer on the night of the Khatm in an atmosphere of organization, smoothness and tranquility, which embodies the level of continuous care in serving the visitors of the Prophet’s Mosque, and confirms the readiness of the operational system to deal with the highest rates of density with efficiency and competence.
