Health Minister: Recruitment is ongoing and the shift to "Health Holding" has changed its models without reducing opportunities

Health Minister Fahd Al-Jalajel confirmed that Health sector It is witnessing a shift in employment models without this being reflected in a reduction of job opportunities or training positions, stressing that employment in the sector is still continuing at the same pace.
This came during a dialogue session held at King Abdulaziz University, where His Excellency clarified that post-graduation training positions have not been reduced, nor have the number of jobs been cut back, but Employment mechanisms It witnessed a change within the framework of the health transformation.

Recruitment through “Health Holding”

He explained that recruitment is no longer managed by the traditional government model, but is now done through the “Health Holding Company”, in a step aimed at enhancing efficiency and flexibility in attracting personnel, while stressing at the same time that job advertisements are continuing through health clusters, even though the year has not yet passed the first quarter.

Al-Jalajel pointed out that transferring budgets to the Health Holding Company is part of the sector's restructuring, whereby the Ministry of Health has become a supervisory and regulatory body, while operational entities assume responsibility for recruitment and resource management.
He noted that any observed delays in some recruitment procedures are temporary and related to the transition phase, not a permanent trend, and affirmed that job opportunities remain available in the health sector.
