The monthly report on investor ownership value and its percentage of total value, published by Saudi Tadawul, showed that the market value of shares listed on the main market reached approximately 9,858.9 billion riyals at the end of March 2026, an increase of approximately 7.9% and a value of more than 721 billion riyals, compared to February 2026.

According to the report, the value of foreign investor ownership constituted 4.69% of the total market value of listed shares as of March 31, 2026.

The weekly report on ownership value and trading value of the stock market published by Tadawul Saudi Arabia recently indicated that net sales by foreign individual investors in the main market in the week ending March 26, 2026 – during 3 trading sessions due to the Eid al-Fitr holiday – amounted to about 980 million riyals.

According to the report, foreign individual investors did not record any purchases, compared to sales worth 980 million riyals, while net purchases by foreign institutions amounted to about 1.1 billion riyals.

According to the report, foreign institutions accounted for 52.1% of total purchases in the stock market, compared to 46.6% of total sales.

The net purchases of Saudi companies amounted to approximately 196.6 million riyals, the net purchases of investment funds amounted to approximately 256 million riyals, and the net purchases of government entities amounted to 845.8 million riyals.
