The Mayor of Buqayq Governorate, Engineer Mohammed Al-Dhafeeri, revealed that field teams carried out 102 inspection visits targeting commercial establishments in the area to raise compliance levels.
He indicated that these intensive efforts resulted in the completion of 45 transactions, including issuing, renewing, and transferring licenses, which contributes to organizing and facilitating commercial activities and supporting their continuity.
He noted that 38 official warnings were issued to violating establishments, as part of strict regulatory procedures aimed at enforcing the law and municipal directives to protect the business environment.
In closing, the mayor of Buqayq Governorate emphasized the continuation of oversight and awareness plans to create a healthy and safe environment that meets the aspirations of citizens and residents and ensures the safety of products offered in the markets.
